Sea Cliff Manor is a Magnificent Luxury Villa that resides on a half acre of stunning topical landscape, Majestic, palm trees and Lush tropical vegetation that surrounds your own private villa right on the Caribbean Sea. Private pool.
This Grand Villa sports two living areas with New Tile
Floors though out the entire Manor. It has a formal dining, casual dining, and a huge terrace dining area overlooking the Azul Sea.
Master Suite has a King size bed, a terrace with an unforgettable Romantic Ocean Sunset View. Master Bath has a large Jacuzzi. Shower for two, and a walk in closet.
The second Master Suite overlooks the pool area, and has an En Suite Bath, with walk in closet. Has a scenic view of the Pool.
The other two bedrooms are Queen Rooms with En Suite Baths. Each has a private terrace with awesome view of the Mountains/Pool.
All Bedrooms are Air Conditioned.
Our Pool is a nice walk in and out Pool. There are chairs and loungers for sunbathing and relaxing.

Dominican Republic Villa Rental
Good morning, I am in the Dominican Republic, sitting on the balcony of my Villas Bedroom staring at the beauty of the ocean waves. This is the second time this year I have come to enjoy this tranquil country. The Villa is a bit large for just three people, but we are only using two bedrooms ,and the downstairs facilities. Full time staff includes the Carekeeper , Mota who lives here and keeps the pool and garden in lovely order. The Orchards are in full bloom and are breathing taken. They had a Wedding here last weekend of 100 people, so many people had the pleasure to enjoy the beauty of the Orchards.
The Maid , Lucie is a jewel, she pampers us big time. Fixes our breakfast , and dinner when requested. She is a very good cook. Yesterday she fixed fried fish, Mero I believe it was. And beans, rice and salad. Tonight Mota is fixing grilled Lobster that he caught this morning in the bay at the Villa.
Lucie always adds the little extra things to her housekeeping, such as making Swans out of the towels and placing a vase full of flagrant flowers in your bedroom. She even gave
me a Pedicure. I love being pampered and that is what the staff here does. Of course if there is a full house we bring in extra staff to help Lucie.
Th Villa has five bedrooms and each one has an ensuite bathroom, except the children room. There are two bedrooms with King size beds and two bedrooms has Queens beds, the children bedroom has a full size bed and a twin bed. There is a Den area upstairs where there is plenty of sitting room for reading or watching TV. There is several Balconies where you can sit and read or enjoy your morning coffee or watch the boats that are fishing.
The downstairs includes the kitchen which is fully finished, meeting all your needs, has a bar area and dining table that sits four. There is also a Dining room that is large and seats eight people . Then there is a nice living room quarters overlooking the ocean. Last but not least is a huge terrace that can seat many people, this is always the gathering place for visiting, entertainment of all sorts, or just grilling hamburgers on the grill.
Of course I shouldn't forget the Pool, some prefer the swimming pool, and some prefer the beach for swimming. My husband likes both, as I do also. There is a half bath downstairs for changing into your bathing suit.
The staff has two bedrooms and full bath in another area of the Villa near the kitchen, they are always available to meet your needs.
So if you feel like being pampered, or just want to get together with friends and family, then consider renting the Villa for a week or a few days. Villa sleeps comfortably 10 persons.
High season December thru April . Will also rent monthly , email or call us for a rate.
