*The villa is part of a Melia Luxury Villas complex, it is the 2nd in Line ( one other villa is located just in front and another one behind) where two more villas are located, each with their own pool and facilities. The villa is just a few steps away from the sea.

A wheelchair ramp is also available making the entire ground level of this home wheelchair accessible.

The spacious villa spreads through two separate floors, making it an ideal escape for a large family or a group of friends. The villa features three wonderful bedrooms on the ground floor, one with en-suite bathroom and one more shared bathroom (wheelchair accessible), allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. On the lower lever lay two more spacious bedrooms and another shared bathroom. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds, in its 5 spacious bedrooms, with 3 spacious bathrooms. All bedrooms feature premium mattresses and linen, hypoallergenic Coco-mat. The Ground floor of the villa is wheelchair accessible.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 60€/day
-Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
