Behind a typical North German red brick facade, the three-story house divided into two apartments with separate entrances, of which the lower (basement apartment) can be rented separately. The holiday apartment itself is in an as spacious as it cozy duplex apartment, which occupies the ground floor and the upper floor. On a total of 75m² total it can be here easily with up to 5 people staying. At the bottom of waiting a light-filled living room with fireplace, modern equipped kitchen and dining table desk and a bathroom. Through a glass door you enter from the living room out onto a fully enclosed terrace, which is available only to guests of the apartment. The beach
The property is located directly on the way to the beach, which is just a short walk away. At the end of the path you meet initially on a small children's playground, just beyond is the local beach as well as a specially designated dog beach. From here extends on both sides of a natural beach with a predominantly sandy and a few rocky sections. Above the beach runs a walking path along the bay Geltinger. In about 500m away there is a DLRG Seebadeanstalt with guarded beach, jetty, beach kiosk, soccer and volleyball court and a large playground.
