Cancelations can be made free of charge up to 15:00 atlantic standard time the day before arrival. if canceled or modified later, or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged, please note, an extra bed can only provided in the queen room with kitchenette. an additional charge will apply, less than 2 minutes' drive from downtown antigonish and 1.2 mi from st francis xavier university, included for all guests is our "heart healthy" breakfast which consists of freshly baked blueberry scones, slow cooked porridge with numerous toppings of fresh fruits, berries, nuts and grains. you will also enjoy prepared to your liking farm fresh poached or boiled eggs, each guest room offers a fully-equipped kitchenette and a fireplace. additional amenities include in-room coffee and tea. every room has its own private bathroom with a bathrobe, slippers, and hairdryer. a coin operated laundry is on site, parking is free.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
