This 1-bedroom unit has beautiful hardwood floors and an open concept living space. The living room has a smart TV with Netflix and high speed internet connection. The kitchen has been recently renovated and features new appliances, with a full sized oven and stove top cooking surface. The stainless steel fridge/freezer combo is full sized and can host all of you snacks, drinks and leftovers! There's even a dining table with space for 2, which can double as a laptop friendly workstation.
The bedroom features a Queen sized bed with fresh linens, a large closet, and big windows that let in lots of natural light. The living room has a sofa bed and the apartment can comfortably host 4 guests at a time.
Through the sliding glass doors of the living room, you'll find your own furnished private patio with views of the neighbourhood. Located in Glenview West, one of the best and safest areas in all of Hamilton, surrounded tons of parks, golf courses, hiking trails and waterfalls.

• The laundry room is a shared space that you can use. It is located in the basement and costs $3 to wash and $3 to dry. Please note that the laundry room is not available for use between the hours of 10 AM and 4 PM.
