Vous serez charmé par la décoration épurée et harmonieuse de ce 3 pièces de 65 m2 au RDC en résidence fermée (exposition Sud-est). Venant juste d’être fini d’être décoré et optimisé pour les locations.

Se composant d'une pièce principale munie d'un canapé lit (160X200) avec cuisine entièrement équipée (hotte, four, micro ondes, plaque induction, cafetière dolce gusto, plancha électrique …) et d’un salon avec un grand écran plat de 127cm. Il est possible de rajouter une rallonge sur la table de la salle à manger en pin.
D’une chambre spacieuse pourvue d'un lit double (160x200) et d’une télévision et d'une seconde chambre avec un lit double (140x200) et d'une élégante salle de bain avec une grande baignoire.
Wifi, bureau pour télétravail.
Linge de lit et de bain compris. Une serviette de bain par personne est comprise.
