The building is dating from the 19th Century and is located in probably the best location in the city, minutes walk away from the mighty Acropolis and all major sights. Recently renovated with new facilities whilst the original features of the house (high ceilings, hardwood floors, antique furnishings) have been retained.

The residence is on the first floor and has its own entrance. It has 4 bedrooms (one is in the attic), 2 living rooms with dining tables, 3 full bathrooms, 1 WC, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 kitchenette and an entrance hall. There are also 2 sofa beds in the living rooms (one of them can convert into two separate single beds as well).
