Tastefully decorated 2 bed 2 bath home with extra large Florida Room overlooking a large pond. The home is fully equiped and furnished you just need to bring your suitcases. Newer kitchen and laundry room appliances as well as all small appliances, cutlery, pots pans and dishes. Bathrooms have high rise toilets and hair dryers, towels etc. Bedrooms have sheets ,blankets and extra pillows.Private Drive with carport and attached storage. Patio furniture and Grill. But to top it all off the house comes with a Club Car electric golf cart for trips around the park to the club house pool, hot tub , exercise room, library , restaurant and bar. Tennis courts, pickle ball courts, horse shoe pits pet park and a 18 hole executive golf course.
