Spend your time relaxing in our guest suite available at one of the most prestigious homes in the town of Pedasi. The guest suite accommodation is completely independent from the rest of the Villa and you will have exclusive use of the swimming pool, terraces and grounds with no other people on the property. . Please note that we have now added a kitchenette to the guest suite and a new outdoor BBQ area.
The guest suite is a large air conditioned suite with high exposed beam ceilings, queen size imported luxury mattress, and luxury surroundings including pool towels. Separate large washroom with rain shower head.
Kitchenette includes 2 burner counter top stove, bar refrigerator/freezer, table, chairs, coffee maker, toaster, micro-wave, mugs, wine glasses and wine opener, utensils. Outdoor dining and a beautiful lounge area on the covered terrace. In addition Adirondack chairs and sun bathing lounge strategically on the oceanfront to watch the whales and myriad of sea birds that coast overhead and onto the property.
Whale watching season is from August to October
Restaurants are within minutes of the Villa and prices are relatively inexpensive ($5-12 pp) which we recommend. Most restaurants offer delivery service to the Villa.
The area is very safe, located in a small gated community with a security gate and video intercom system. Pedasi is a small town located in the Azueros Peninsula known for it's Spanish Colonial quaintness and charm. Surfing, fishing and Eco-friendly tourism.
There are approx. 20 restaurants, medical clinic, liquor and bakery stores within minutes of the Villa, yet away from the sound of barking dogs, crowing roosters, traffic and any loud music.
Note that we only offer minimum 5 day rental due to the necessity of high level of cleaning we offer, which is not practical to do for less than 5 night booking. If you would like to stay less, the price will be the same.
