Casa Mar is an environment that we have recently made available for seasonal rentals for travelers or simply for people in the area in search of a place near Fortaleza with the coziness of a house. Casa Mar is located on Sabiaguaba beach, next to Beach Park (15min) and the main shopping malls in Fortaleza (20min). Large, secure, fully equipped and well-kept, not to mention the breeze, pleasant all year round. We also have an employee who lives nearby.
House with view to the beach, 200m waterfront. We have an elevated pool, deck with barbecue and wood oven for pizza, mini-lawn field, arbor with hammocks, garage for 4 vehicles, large terrace for events, very comfort, privacy and security, totally spring, with 100% asphalted access. The Casa Mar is for those who want to enjoy sun, sea and warmth. It has large living room, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs, balcony with hammocks overlooking the beach, 05 rooms, being 03 suites. One of the suites is "family" type and features air conditioning, king size bed, single bed and crib. King, queen and twin beds occupy the other rooms. Holds up to 20 people, but we recommend 12 people for more comfort and leisure! The Casa Mar is equipped with bed linen, all kitchen tools, with stove and refrigerator and freezer. It also has grill and skewers for use in the barbecue. Come and visit Casa Mar and enjoy some very pleasant days. It will be a pleasure to receive them.
