2 separate bedrooms sharing a bathroom are also accessible on this floor.
The cantilever stone staircase leads to the master bedroom (king size bed) with a very high beams ceiling, a large ensuite bathroom with shower and wcs.
The garden floor below, also accessible from the stone staircase offers a large ensuite family bedroom with private bathroom and wcs and a direct access to the garden.
Outside, it's pure heaven. Flowers and very well maintained grounds with room for everyone. Various terraces for alfreso diner, aperitif, afternoon teas... Onsite, there is a ping-pong table, a kids sport pitch, an outside children area with swings, slide, play house, climbing... The pétanque court close to the pool house is the perfect spot for sunset cocktails by the pool (fully fenced, superficy of 12m x 6m with roman steps).
