Relax in a newly remodeled basement living space. This well lit, modern living space is complete with all the amenities to enjoy a couple of nights or a couple of months. Located 15 mins from State Farm Football Stadium (AZ Cardinals), walking distance to the Peoria Sports Complex (Spring Training for the SD Padres & Seattle Mariners), close to the Arrowhead shopping mall, many, many restaurants, the Peoria P83 entertainment district, Sun City, and adjacent to the Maricopa county walking/biking trail system.
This space is a separate basement living area with it's own private entrance. Access is through a side yard gate and 16 steps.
It has one bedroom with one queen size bed. A queen size air mattress is available to set up in the living room for a 3rd guest, or if your significant other snores too much.
Guests have access to the backyard pool in May to Sept and pool sitting area anytime. A hot tub is available year round. The Maricopa county trail system is accessible through a backyard gate. Walk or bring your bike to enjoy miles and miles of beautiful desert trails, one of which leads to the Cardinals football stadium, 11 miles away.
