The villa boasts a huge living room area, large master bedroom with en-suite and two double bedrooms (one double and one twin room) and a fully fitted kitchen with large fridge, gas/ electric cooker & dish washer as well as a large covered porch area containing a dining & living area with direct access to the pool and sun patio.
The fully mature gardens are a delight and are tended weekly.
The villa is perfectly positioned in the centre of the village and the local restaurant (Chiosco di San Donato) is directly across from the small vineyard in front of the house. The village of San Donato is 2.5 Km from the historical town of Sant Agata Feltria where you can find coffee shops, butchers, supermarkets, pizzeria, restaurants, a theatre (The oldest in the area dating back to the 1600s) and the castle perched on the top of the highest rock in the town. If you enjoy food the area of Montefeltria contains some of the best restaurants for local fresh food and the area itself is a treasure trove of historical towns, castles and museums.
The city state of San Marino is 25 minutes from the house & the Adriatic coast with its many beaches can be reached in 45 minutes.
