Just listed! This is our own recently remodeled and well-maintained private residence made available for your holiday getaway. The home is located just below the Utah Olympic Park and 1 mile to the shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, cinema, ect. at Redstone/Newpark in Kimball Junction!
If you’re not bringing a vehicle, the home is less than 1/3 mile to free bus route, or use the free Summit County ride share app for door-to-door travel. If you are driving or renting an electric vehicle, we have a Level 2 EV Charger powered by Solar energy in the garage.
The home has three levels of luxury living within 2,200 square feet, with four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. This is our own home and the kitchen comes very well equipped, with spices and cooking staples for your use. If you are bringing kids, we are happy to leave legos, magnatiles, puzzles, board games and other toys. If you’re bringing toddlers, we have a pack-n-play, a high chair, chair boosters and kids plates, bowls and utensils.
If you plan to celebrate Christmas here, a decorated Christmas tree can also be made ready for your arrival.
Living Room: This large but cozy space offers modern furnishings, a warm gas fireplace, and a 65” Smart TV. Enjoy streaming a full cable lineup on Youtube TV, as well as HBOMax, Netflix and Disney+.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, powerful induction cooktop and double ovens, a center island with seating for four, and ample quartz counters space for easy meal prep and entertaining. Coffee bar includes a Moccamaster coffee maker and bean grinder, there is also a Keurig in the home. Step out onto the adjacent deck offering outdoor dining for 6, patio seating and a new natural gas BBQ grill.
Dining Area: Seating for up to eight guests at dining table, and 4 bar stools at kitchen island counter.

Bedroom 3/Bunk room (upper level) — Twin over queen bunk bed, and additional twin bed, and full bath access.
Full shared bath (upper level) – Features a granite counter sink and a tub/shower combo
Bedroom 4 (lower level) — Queen bed, gas fireplace, 32” Smart TV, Keurig coffee maker, and private bathroom with a shower
