Private -Beautiful, furnished room in historic adobe manor, private bath w clawfoot tub, shower, working desk, reading lights, chair and ottoman, wardrobe, black out curtains, It is located in the back of the house with easy access to the back hall and door, and eat in kitchen, (it does not adjoin the main part of the house), it's very private and quiet. Hot tub access, spectacular views, our interior and exterior walls are 18 inches thick, quiet and private perfect for a single professional temporarily working in SF area or a student. Wifi, workspace, linens, towels, weekly laundry, and dinner included (eat at your own schedule) Mon- Thurs, I make soup and stew with homemade bread or pasta in the winter, and Mediterranean salads in the summer. You have access to the kitchen to cook and the kitchen nook to hang out and eat, and separate shelving for your food. The kitchen is fully equipped. Many shady patios with fabulous views and no neighbors to hear on this large property with an orchard, and beautiful gardens, adjacent to The Cerrillos Hills State Park. Perfect for hiking, stargazing, and exploring, Walking to dining, and coffee shop and gift store. Peaceful and serene. 16 miles to Santa Fe, easy access to HWY 14. 1 month minimum rental. My husband and I, are recent empty nesters, we are both artists who work from this large home, we are quiet, non-smokers, who enjoy the sunset, and working in our orchard. There are chickens on the property and a very friendly, small terrier.
