It's located only 2 km. from Banyoles lake, 1 km. from the city (where restaurants, banks, supermarkets are found), 13 km. from Natural Park of the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone, 37 km. from the magnificent Costa Brava beaches, 27 km. from the Girona International Airport and 117 km. from Barcelona city.
The house is suitable for a group from 6 up to 14 people. It's a spacious house with five bedrooms (one is adapted for handicapped people), three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room - dining room with TV, TV satellite, DVD, central heating, fireplace, wifi access,...
Besides there are four air conditioning machines distributed throughout the house to have a good temperature inside the house in summer.
Outside there is a big garden of 1.000m2 with swings and a slide for children, a climbing wall for children, garden furniture, a large wooden-covered porch with barbecue which is ideal for eating outside all year round, a little wooden house with an inside kitchen for children, an enormous private swimming-pool of 10x5m with saline treatment, a private garage for 2-3 cars and a charging point for electric car.

• HIKING: The leaving point is El Solei. All the routes ensure a safe exploration of the region. They have trail markers and are organised in a network of loop trails, and hikers can adapt the route or the stages according to their requirements or level of preparation.
• COSTA BRAVA BEACHES: They are located 35 km. from the house. Like a canvas where nature has intended to combine with exquisite delicacy the intense green of the pine groves, the massive steadfastness of the rocks, the softness of the golden sands and the deep, dazzling blue of the sea - that is the Costa Brava. - The electrical energy supplied in the house comes from 100% sources of renewable origin.
