The house is in Roiz, between Comillas and San Vicente de la Barquera and Cabezon de la Sal and only 2 kilometers from the Cantabrian motorway. Rural setting surrounded by green valleys, forests and beautiful beaches, 40 minutes of Santander, 90 of Oviedo and one hour of Bilbao and next to places like San Vicente de la Barquera, Comillas, Cobreces and Santillana del Mar.
