The living area features a large flatscreen TV and a comfortable sofa, high ceilings, and lots of natural light. Walk out the front door and you will find your own patio area complete with wonderful patio furniture and a gas grill. Ride your mountain bike straight from the garage to the trails! Zion National Park is only 36 miles away and Sand Hollow, with its shallow, warm water for swimming, kayaking and boating is only 13 miles away.
