Summary: It was an Ok stay for the place. But the procedure and communication was terrible. When we booked via hotels.com, we were not expecting that we will be communicating with a third party application (Travelio). The procedure was a bit complicated, we need to have the travelio app, we need to communicate (with the room boy/ reception) via Whatsapp as well, then deposit and other things were just more complicated than booking a hotel. Moreover, we had a bad wifi in the 1st day, we need to get through the CS chat via the app. Even, no spoon in the apartment unit.
