Summary: The house was nice. It seems to be in the progress of being renovated from the outside in. The outside seems to be finished and the inside seems to be a work in progress. The house wasn't FULLY clean on the inside. The fridge wasn't cleaned, there was a lot of dust on top of the fridge. There also were clothes (worn socks and t-shirts) that were tucked/fallen behind an ottoman in the living room. There was what seemed to be a huge "junk closet" in the common area/kitchen. But for what it was worth it was a nice property.
