Summary: I’ve waited several days to review and gather my thoughts. Locations is great, house is big, beautiful views and no complaints at all about this. My issues are in quality and amenities. When you rent a house you expect certain things to be functional and supplied. 1- Kitchen faucet drips constantly, to the point it is annoying, 2- the oven door didn’t close (had to wedge a chair to make it close to cook in it) 3- there were not enough towels and wash cloths. Had to do laundry EVERY DAY to keep towels clean from the beach and to bathe with. 4-The bedrooms on the southwest end of the house are HOT even have an additional window unit in one of the rooms, that would have helped it it worked!!! These rooms are not usable during the day cause they are that hot. We had to purchase fans from Walmart and set in the hallway to draft air. Ultimately, we did not use them the last days of our stay, people doubled in the other beds! 5-Master bath, double shower is nice except control handle on the north wall comes off in your hand when you use it if you are not careful. 6- rugs or floor mats would be nice to wipe feet/shoes coming in and out off the decks, 7- sliding glass door to southeast off main living area is not functioning, have to slide from the bottom and makes it difficult for the ladies in our group to open and close The faucet, A/c and oven issues were all reported immediately & SR had a rep come and “look” but nothing was ever fixed.
