The Space:
This suite sleeps up to two guests, with one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom has a king mattress and includes bedding and ample storage. The bedroom has nightstands, dresser, and a closet.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a Smart TV with high-speed WIFI.
There is one fully equipped bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and soap, and a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, appliances, and dinnerware needed for cooking during your stay.
All linens/bedding, including 2 sets of bath towels, are provided.
This unit is pet friendly. We allow up to 2 house trained dogs or cats. We do ask that pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture and when pets are left alone, they are left in crates or secured in bedrooms.
Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code. There is no ramp or elevator in this building.
Guests will have the entire suite to themselves. All suites are fully separate with dedicated entrances.

This property is centrally located with access to historic districts, museums, and Ocean View Beach.
Getting Around:
Parking - Guests are given one parking spot in the parking lot. We do not have designated street parking.
Other Things to Note:
House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors at least 25 ft from the building. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 2 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• Up to 2 house trained dogs or cats are allowed in unit. Pets are not allowed on/in beds. When left alone in unit, please crate. If no crate, shut all bedroom and bathroom doors.
• Please clean up after your pets when outdoors. Utilize the pet waste station to properly dispose of any pet waste.
• No fires or fire pits allowed on the beach.
• No fireworks allowed on the beach. Use of fireworks will result in a breach of house rules as many house fires have been started in the area due to fireworks.
• Please stay off of the rocks on the beach, as they become slippery and can be quite dangerous.
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.
