Summary: Sarah was very proactive in making sure my stay was comfortable. I never heard neighbors (and being top floor above storage helps with that!) though it should be noted that the place does have window units as opposed to central HVAC, so A/C was a bit louder when I was running it. I don’t think this is terribly uncommon in Denver, and I was there during a heat wave so probably had to use the window units more than usual. It was a nice touch having the cleaners come during the middle of my month stay.
