Summary: This place is perfectly located right by the highway with easy access to anything and everything Phoenix. We came for an annual Spring Training trip and the access to the different ballparks, ASU and Downtown was super easy. The place was spacious for us with plenty of areas to spread out and hang out if you have a group. The only negative was there were several things broken or in need of repair, which was brought up to the property manager, but none of these things really affected our stay. (*We were told it was because there were several large groups prior to us that were rough on the property and they haven't had a chance to really fix the items needed. It looks like the renter prior to us also mentioned needed repairs in their review as well) Speaking of the property manager, he was probably one of the best I've worked with when renting a property (And we rent several times a year for over a decade). So sweet, so attentive and quick to respond. The property owner is very lucky to have him. We enjoyed our stay and despite a few glitches we would stay again due to the amazing property manager and the location and access to all the stadiums.
