Very quiet cottage located in the heart of a Mediterranean village. You are close to all shops, the weekly market, restaurants and public services. Gîte classified 3* since 2010. The pleasure of coming and going on foot, wandering around and coming back home whenever you want. You are 200 meters from the start of hikes in the Albères massif, 10 km from the beaches, 15 km from Collioure, 15 km from the border, 25 km from Ceret. It is a village house, not overlooked. Surface area: 55 m² plus terrace (25 m²). Fully equipped. On the 1st floor, a light and bright living room, and a kitchen-dining room. These two rooms open onto the terrace. Two bedrooms: one with 1 140 bed; the other with two 90cm beds. Shower room and separate WC. The shaded terrace offers a magnificent view of the medieval village, the Albères, the Canigó massif and the Corbières in the distance. Garden furniture and barbecue.
