Very bright and cozy house, located in the south of Fuerteventura, with spectacular views of the sea, palm groves and volcanoes. It has various landscaped spaces with native plants, which are oriented to the different moments of maximum sunlight, and protection from the wind. It has a solarium terrace with a panoramic view, sky and stars at night. Silent and calm area, a few meters from La Playa del Viejo Rey, the best on the island for surfing and admiring its sunsets.Very sunny house that has a large living room-dining room-kitchen space, and a large glass door that communicates with a south-facing porch. A bedroom with a 190x200 double bed. Full bathroom with shower. A second bedroom with 3 beds (one of them a trundle bed). A cleanliness. An outside shower. It has a garden to the south, west and north of the house, and a glazed porch, as well as a solarium on the roof, with spectacular views and delimitation that guarantees privacy and security. Views of impressive nature from the house and garden.

The small resort of La Pared is a quiet area of single-family houses, a few minutes walk from Playa del Viejo Rey and Playa de La Pared. These west coast wild and well preserved beaches, are perfect for walking, sunbathing and strolling along. They are also very popular for surfing and watching the sunset.
There is a small supermarket for basic purchases, next to the Hotel Playitas that offers various sports activities in the area. You can relax in one of the cafes, or dine in a restaurant on Playa de La Pared. Very nice and friendly atmosphere that combines young athletes, families and retired people who live throughout the year.
La Pared is also an ideal area for various walks, or trekking, towards the Jable Natural Park, or towards the cliffs of the wild beaches of the west coast. You can walk in a few minutes to the basic store, the cafes, or a nearby restaurant. You can use a rented bike.
In any case it is recommended to rent a car at the airport. The local company CICAR works very well. It is the way to visit the wildest and most preserved places in the south of the island (which concentrates the largest stretch of kilometers of beach in our country) such as Punta de Jandía or Cofete, as well as the inland towns. From La Pared you can reach the leeward coast in 10 minutes, driving through the isthmus of La Pared, where there are beaches more protected from the wind and with calm emerald waters for walking or swimming, such as the famous Playa de Sotavento, Costa Calma and Morrojable Beach. Ideal for snorkling, swimming or windsurf.
