Casa Eva is located less than 300 m from Los Pocillos Beach, the largest in Puerto del Carmen. Imagine returning home after a day of relaxation on the beach: after a 3-minute walk, you will be able to end the day with a dip in your private 6x3 m pool with a depth of 1.5 m, shower in one of the 2 bathrooms available to guests — both with a shower — and have a drink on the house's private terrace, waiting to go out to dinner in one of the thousands of restaurants in the surroundings.
Eva's House has a living room with a 65-inch Smart TV, satellite channels and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker and dining table. 2 of the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and all include air conditioning to cool down on summer days. They also have 2 43-inch televisions for nights when they want to stay at home. On the terrace there is a table with chairs, 4 sun loungers and a barbecue.
