Every apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 2 showers and a large living room with a sleeping sofa 160x200. The house has room for 12 guests and 2 folding beds for children can be used. The owner of the house lives on the first floor. The house is located in a calm neighbourhood and about 380 metres from the sea. Every apartment has a balcony with a nice view over the sea. The house has a jointly terrace and a BBQ and parkingspaces. The beach near the house is very child friendly and it's a nice and quiet beach with pebbles. There's a nice beachcafe/restaurant and a shower. There's a diver school where you can take lessons and see the amazing under water world in Croatia. In about 1,2km from the house there is a General Practice center, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank, an postoffice and a vegetable market and many restaurants where you can taste some of the best Croatian delicious meals but also pizza's, pasta's and many other really nice dishes. Near the center there is a big beach with many beach cafe's and many other things. The beach is about 1km long and the city of Trogir is nearby. This is the oldest city in Croatia and is really worth your time to visit.

Der Strand in der Nähe des Hauses ist sehr kinderfreundlich und es ist ein schöner und ruhiger Strand mit Kieselsteinen. Es gibt ein nettes Strandcafé/Restaurant und eine Dusche. Es gibt eine Tauchschule, in der Sie Unterricht nehmen und die erstaunliche Unterwasserwelt in Kroatien sehen können. Etwa 1,2 km vom Haus entfernt gibt es ein Zentrum für Allgemeinmedizin, einen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke, eine Bank, ein Postamt und einen Gemüsemarkt sowie viele Restaurants, in denen Sie einige der besten kroatischen Gerichte, aber auch Pizza, Pasta und vieles mehr probieren können viele andere wirklich schöne Gerichte. In der Nähe des Zentrums gibt es einen großen Strand mit vielen Strandcafés und vielen anderen Dingen. Der Strand ist etwa 1 km lang und die Stadt Trogir ist in der Nähe. Dies ist die älteste Stadt Kroatiens und ein Besuch lohnt sich wirklich.

In een straal van 1,2 km vind u een huisartsenpost, een supermarkt, apotheek, bank, postkantoor, groene markt en veel restaurantjes met kroatische specialiteiten, maar ook pizza, pasta en andere deegwaren. Vlakbij deze winkeltjes bevind zich een groot strand met enorm veel beach-clubs en animatie voor jong&oud. Het strand is c.a. 1km lang. De oudste stad van Kroatie, Trogir, is op een afstand van 4 km. Deze stad is zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken.
