You will be pressed to find a better view in Puerto Vallarta than that offered from the condo's balcony. The development itself has 7 pools, 2 Jacuzzis, lap pool, gym, and 24/7 gated security.
The unit has its own private laundry room with a washer-dryer combo, stocked with detergent and cleaning supplies. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook, including a reverse osmosis UV water filter for purified water.
The open floor plan offers and an ocean view from the adjoint dinning table or kitchen counter. At the very end of the living room is a comfortable pull out couch with smart TV and access to the balcony, which offers the best view in town.
