Welcome to your cozy boho style home away from home! This 1 bed apartment has all that you need to be comfortable! Walking distance to many of the Seminole Heights hotspots that this foodie district is known for. Close by there are a Starbucks, bars, restaurants and many shops! Only 5-10 min to downtown and it’s centrally located so you can get to most parts of Tampa pretty easily! There’s a full kitchen and full bathroom, as well as a comfy couch and an air mattress to use in the living room!
The Space:
The space is loaded with stylish boho chic decor. Enjoy reading a book on our hanging chair, watch a movie on the pull out couch, cook some meals in the full kitchen, or cuddle up in our comfortable bed with a pillow top bed topper!

You’ll have access to 2 parking spaces, and the entire apartment to use all to yourself!
The Neighborhood:
Tampa in general has some fantastic restaurants and shops. This neighborhood (Seminole Heights) is known for our independent gourmet foodie restaurants. We have some spectacular bars and restaurants, a good amount of which are within 3-6 blocks away! Walk down and get some coffee/breakfast in the morning, dinner/drinks at night, and even fresh Cuban bread at the 24 hour bakery that’s 4 blocks away! 15min to airport, 5-10min to downtown/convention center, 5 min to Armature Works, 15 min to Moffit, 10 min to Ybor City, 20-50 min to beaches (depending on beach) and 15 min to Busch Gardens.
Getting Around:
Plenty of stuff is walking distance but if you’d like to explore the entire city you should probably rent/bring a car. Although Uber and Lyft are readily available.
Other Things to Note:
We also have excellent high speed WiFi, and a Roku TV with Netflix in the living room.
