Stores,, restaurants, bus stop in walking distance. With 2 bedrooms including a queen bed and 1 just queen mattresses, guests will find a spacious space to relax on secluded outdoorpatio and yard. 1 of the 2 patios is shared but very separate. The property features a kitchen with basic cookware and icemaker , tub has shower and at least 3 free parkingspaces, 1 in carport. Enjoy all that Sarasota has to offer when you stay at my place. House is also for sale. It's a 4/2 . Divided into 2 but neighbor very separate and private. often not home.

Summary: The place was DIRTY, the host was rude and confrontational. Not only did she never communicate in the app, she texted that she couldn't help having the centipedes since this was Florida. Overall I would not recommend this place at all. (We were forced to get VRBO customer service involved to get an answer, but not even they could get the problems resolved.)
