In minutes you can be on the beach or into town! It boasts 6 bedrooms all with air conditioning and heating units, three full newly renovated bathrooms, one half bathroom and has a lovely private outdoor shower! The fully renovated kitchen is perfect for cooking and gathering around the large custom farmhouse table. Soak up some time with friends and family on the beautiful front porch with plenty of seating for all with a large side yard for kids to play. Views of the sound and harbor. Back patio with seating to eat and relax as well as a propane grill for your use.
There is a spacious, cozy living room and seating area for family gatherings. The first floor has a large master bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms with king beds, a large bunk room with two sets of twin over full bunk beds that's perfect for kids, one room with two twin beds, and a third floor tower room with a full bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well. There are two renovated full bathrooms upstairs. The front bathroom has a large shower and double sink. The rear bathroom has a large soaking tub, shower and pedestal sink. Television, cable and wifi throughout the house! Full size washer and dryer are in the back utility room. Linens, towels, beach towels and beach chairs are provided.
