Summary: The neighborhood was old but nice. The remodel was new and clean. For us the location was very good. There was a lot of good communication from the property manager. We parked in back which was closest to the entry door. One day someone else was parked where we parked so we had to park on the front street, which is far from the back entrance - difficulty to transport luggage or anything else. No sidewalk to entrance - walked through the wet grass. The bathroom is located on the ground floor and the bedroom is a loft. Ceiling is very low at the highest point & tapered on the sides- we both hit our heads on the ceiling several times. The stairs to the bedroom are steep; the rise and tread depth are not code - making the stairs dangerous. Not good for carrying luggage or going to the bathroom. The shower is small but manageable. Shower head aimed at door so can’t turn water on with door open. Must take shower-head out of holder and aim at floor. We didn’t hear anyone living on the ground floor until Saturday morning. We were woken up at 5am by slamming doors and noise from below. We were there the second week of June for three nights. The room got warm by midday because portable A/C wasn’t keeping up.
