If you are looking for a standardized motel room experience this will not be a good fit for you. Within walking distance of the bay beach and the center of Provincetown. Perfect for a couple seeking the convenience of staying in town combined with the privacy of a secluded cottage. Layout is open with high ceiling, queen bed, dining table and sitting area; separate well equipped full kitchen; and small bathroom with toilet and shower off kitchen. Enjoy eclectic décor and comfortable simplicity. The small covered porch is just the right spot for your morning coffee. It's an easy walk to bay beach public access and two boutique groceries, the East End Market and Angel Foods where you can get coffee, your morning paper and sandwiches for lunch. Parking for one car in driveway shared with one other car belonging to owner. Caretaker present on property.
We are dog friendly. Small (under 30 lbs), well behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome. Limit of two dogs. There is a $50 pet fee for each dog per stay. Yard is not fenced. (No cats or other pets.)
