Fitted kitchen with specific oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge, freezer, living room TV possibility, 1 bedroom with bunk bed 140 at the bottom and 90 at the top, 1 adapted bedroom with 140 mechanically adjustable bed, sheets and towels provided, bathroom with shower and appropriate WC, very large furnished terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, compliant private parking space, BB bed and accessories on request, underfloor heating by heat pump (heat pump).
