This studio apartment has been newly furnished in great style and awaits you with a fresh & modern design.
The location is top - directly at the main station. The water tower and the university can be reached in a few minutes. Public transport, restaurants and stores are in the immediate vicinity.
To ensure that your sleep is first-class, a cozy queen-size bed with extra length and hotel-standard bedding awaits you.
The living and sleeping area invites you to snuggle up and read with a cozy sofa bed. You can start the day with a NESPRESSO coffee or tea. With super fast internet you can surf relaxed or just let the evening end on the smart TV with your favorite series and movies with Netflix.
The kitchen is small but nice and offers everything you need to be self-sufficient. In addition to a refrigerator with icebox, stove, Nespresso machine, microwave and kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, knives, cutting board, salt, pepper and oil are of course also available.
The bathroom with shower is equipped with hairdryer, fresh towels, shower gel and shampoo.
In the building there is a laundry room with washing machines and washer-dryer.
Around the building you can easily park your car for a fee. If you are lucky, you can even find free parking.

My apartment is located directly at the main station. Paradeplatz, market square, supermarket, dry cleaners, bakery, cafes, restaurants and stores are just a few steps away.
Paradeplatz, Rosengarten, castle, university, museums, National Theater, restaurants in the Fressgasse, shopping mile "Planken" and the trendy party district in Jungbusch you can reach in a few minutes on foot. The bus stop is close by and you can go directly to Ludwigshafen to the BASF or to the SAP Arena.
My apartment is ideally located for business trips, trade fairs, congress participation (Rosengarten), studies, concerts or event visits (National Theater, Time Warp, etc.).
Due to the proximity to the main train station, you can easily get to Frankfurt, Mainz, Heidelberg, Schwetzingen, Ludwigshafen, Speyer, Worms, etc. by car or train.

Cleanliness, hygiene and the well-being of my guests is the highest priority. Health and safety measures are in place to combat a wide range of viruses, including COVID-19, and cover everything from hand washing hygiene and room cleaning product specifications. Specific steps I take are as follows:
- Use of antibacterial cleaning products.
- Towels are hygienically packed with a seal of quality
- Toilet and bathroom gets a hygiene seal after each cleaning
- Regular ozone treatment against mold, germs and bacteria

1. Check-In is at 15:00, Check-Out is at 11:00.
Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request.
Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are
liable for any associated costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence at HOMZA Apartments .

3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared
spaces.
Smoking violations are subject to a 250€ fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair
damages.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written consent and Illegal activity is strictly
prohibited.
5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
6. Pets are not allowed.
Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to
contact us before their stay.
7. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking
passes.
8. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the apartment to monitor excessive noise
levels. Video surveillance may be used in outside and common areas.
9. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its
facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service.
10. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who
violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Violation
of house rules may lead to immediate cancellation of reservation and eviction without
refund.
