The cozy living room features a desk for home office use and a large SMART satellite TV. The spacious and comfortable lounge area and the electric fireplace invite you to relax and unwind. The eat-in kitchen is very well equipped with modern appliances for daily use (dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, fridge-freezer combo) and a dining table set. One bedroom has a box-spring bed and two single beds, the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The daylight bathroom includes a bathtub, washing machine, and dryer. In the fenced communal garden, you can relax and enjoy the fresh Black Forest air and the babbling brook. The apartment is suitable for up to 6 people.
