Experience - The Area... Only 10 minutes from the sea and just 3 miles from the Eden Project, this quaint little converted cider press with inverted accommodation and double glazing stands across the river from the original mill, surrounded by peaceful grounds and woodland. Situated in the quintessentially Cornish Luxulyan Valley (no mobile or phone reception) with great natural beauty and recently awarded World Heritage Site status, the riverside garden runs down to the banks of the boulder-strewn River Par which forms part of the boundary. The large, south facing beach at Par Sands and the small sandy harbour beach at Polkerris are both about a 10 minute drive away and there are boat trips available departing from Fowey. There are several golf courses within the immediate vicinity and the Saints Way coast-to-coast recreational route passes nearby linking Padstow in the north to the southern port of Fowey. Cycling is also available locally on The Camel Trail and in Cardinham Woods. Stay - The Accommodation...
