The Space:
Feel the cool ocean breeze! Located on the first floor, you will be greeted with beach vibes and serene blue hues throughout the property. In this bright and airy unit, you will feel on vacation the moment you walk in.
With two spacious bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with two twins + trundles), there is room for the whole family.
The bathroom was recently updated and features Bluetooth speaker so you can sing in the shower, rain showerhead after a day at the beach and cozy bathrobe when you get out.
A spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances so you can cook your favorite meal. Or head out for dinner to Belmont Shores.
The home has everything you need:

Guest Access:
Self-check-in. You will be provided with a code to check-in.
You will have access to the entire unit and any common areas (including laundry facilities). However, we ask that you not congregate in the building's courtyard, out of consideration for other tenants.
You can double park while unloading your luggage.
The Neighborhood:
Enjoy the vibrant coastal lifestyle in beautiful Long Beach. Located in the popular neighborhood of Alamitos Beach; which is eclectic, urban, and artsy. The proud area is home to a number of amazing restaurants and shops, including the famous Retro Row. This perfect location offers easy access to the Convention Center in Downtown Long Beach and the shops at 2nd Street in Belmont Shore.
Business travelers: Downtown Long Beach, the Convention Center and Long Beach airport are minutes away. LAX is just 20-30 minutes away (22 miles).
You will also be between both Los Angeles and Orange County.
Vacationers: You are right near the beach! You'll find running paths, biking, restaurants, museums, shopping, boating, nightlife and even a quick trip to Catalina Island. We are also centrally located to all Southern California's famous theme parks such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, Legoland, etc.
Getting Around:
Street parking is free and available around the apartment but can get tough after 5pm and on weekends. If you are having trouble finding parking around the property, you may have better luck around Bixby Park.
When heading out, consider leaving your car parked whenever possible and instead opt for a rideshare. We have 2 electric bikes for your convenience. There are also shared bikes and scooters on the steeet for easy local transport.
Keep in mind that there is street cleaning once a week, so check the signs and make sure your car is not in the way or you will get ticketed.

Other Things to Note:
Street parking is free but difficult to find outside of business hours (nights and weekends). We recommend walking, biking, and rideshares whenever possible. Be mindful not to park on street cleaning days/times. We provide you 2 electric bikes to get around town without a car.
If you are getting in late and cannot find parking, you may resort to paid parking at this location (a 15-minute walk away). They offer a night rate of $4 (in after 5pm, out by 7am):

Enjoy the Long Beach Aquarium, Pikes Outlet, Queen Mary ($8 Uber ride), retro row, and lots of places to eat (walking distance).
Although our max number of guests is 4, we can make some room for if you have an extra little one (child or infant) as we have a portable crib and trundles underneath the twin beds (not suitable for adults).
