Welcome to this beautiful and comfortable 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house on Isla Mujeres, located in the local neighborhood of La Gloria, mid-island, only a few blocks from the beach.
This house is the perfect getaway for a family or group of 8 people. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, pool, and outdoor grill, as well as access to the rooftop where you can enjoy 360 degree views of Isla, the Caribbean from sunset to sunrise. Walk through the street level, front door of this gorgeous house and be lead up the traditional, Mexican talavera tiled stairs to the second front door.
When you enter into this house you are greeted by a large, bright and airy living space, complete with a grand, wooden dining table, with seating for 8 people, a spacious and comfortable sofa and Smart TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.... all with views out to the private patio and pool area.
There is also a large custom made grill outside which is perfect for hosting a BBQ.
On this first floor there is also guest bathroom and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds.
Go up the stone stairs, with lighting in the wall, and a bright and green views, and you are on the second floor. To your right your left you can find the second guest bathroom, and the two guest bedrooms each with a comfortable double bed. One of the guest bedrooms has access to its own private balcony. Turn right at the top of the stairs and you are greeted by the master bedroom, with a built in king bed and a tiled head board, as well as access to two balconies, one with built in seating. This room boats a bright and airy atmosphere, it has a concrete dome ceiling and lots of windows.
It also has an ensuite bathroom, with a large walk in shower, and a bathtub.
Carry on up the stairs to the top of floor of this wonderful home, and you can enjoy 360 degree views from the rooftop - from sunrise to sunset you can enjoy this stunning island and its beautiful views!..
