Beautiful and spacious chalet of contemporary architecture. The chalet is situated on a big piece of land with no close neighbors allowing for complete privacy.
There is a generous living room, dining room and kitchen area of about 70m2. Big bay windows offer a grandiose panorama on the Alps and the Rhône valley. There is a direct access to the terrace.
Two bedrooms have their private bathrooms and three bedrooms share the two other bathrooms. All the rooms are of generous size and have a nice view on the mountains.
The sauna and the home-cinema bring comfort to the chalet.

Summary: Nicolas' property is spectacular as are the views from it. The photos really do not do the place justice. We were a group of 10 adults and found that we had ample space to congregate as the property has a very large living area and dining area. Bedrooms were immaculate and the film room with projector screen was a great touch. Great, well equipped kitchen which we used every night. 5 minutes walk at most to the ski bus to Siviez or into Nendaz although the walk to Nendaz only takes around 15 minutes. Great communication from Nicolas and Gwen who took care of the check in and check out. We were very well looked after and hope to stay again.
