Built in 1920 and thoughtfully restored in 1999, this house is clean, neat and conveniently located a few hundred feet from the the Oak Bluffs Arts District. Within walking distance through the Campground (gingerbread cottages) to shops, restaurants, Flying Horses and the Oak Bluffs waterfront. Just a fifteen minute walk to East Chop, Inkwell and Pay beaches, and the Oak Bluffs ferry terminal. The house features a bright, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, separate dining room, living room and enclosed sun porch. The large first floor bathroom features a claw-foot bathtub and provides direct access to the private outdoor shower. Upstairs is another large, full bathroom, plus two bedrooms. Enjoy the outdoors on the covered farmers porch overlooking the herb garden in front or the deck in back. Not included in the rental is a small guest cottage on the rear of the property which is sometimes occupied by the owner.
