The house is opposite the Hightown Hotel pub/restaurant, it faces a little village green, a pharmacy, hairdressers salon and village shop/off-licence (open until 9pm, seven days). A beach and coastal path are just a few minutes walk away.
The space
The cottage is newly-refurbished throughout, has two living rooms downstairs, a fully-fitted kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine, and a furnished conservatory, leading to an enclosed rear garden. The main sitting area has television with several, free streaming channels and unlimited-use wifi. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, a small study room and a newly-fitted bathroom, with walk-in shower (the cottage also has the benefit of a second, downstairs toilet).
