It has been renovated combining stone, wood, and eco-friendly materials (hemp, lime, cellulose, etc. It is very close to Vioreau and Étang de la Provostière lakes (each one, 10 min away). You will enjoy wonderful trips around the lakes (ornithological observatory in La Provostière, a nautical centre (paddleboarding, canoeing, windsurfing, sailing dinghy rentals, etc. from €6 per person to fixed price for families), the free-access beach (children games, bar, picnic tables, creperie, etc.), and trips along the canal of Nantes in Brest. En Nort-sur-Erdre (a 15 min), you will find an electric boat rental for a family trip in the Erdre River, the cinema (€4.50), 2 supermarkets, and 1 organic shop.
