Just 1.5 miles from downtown Blue Jay Jenson market, and a 10-minute drive to Lake Arrowhead Village, our home is ideally located in the West with easy driving access.
Perfect for families with children! There is a meadow RIGHT BELOW our house for a stroll and exploring nature! It is just 90 minutes from LA, Pasadena, and OC.
Seclusion and privacy are yours while being situated on the main road for easy access. Warm yourself on the sun-drenched deck out back while viewing the wildlife. At night enjoy 100s of movies on video or TV with Charter internet connection! Lots of games to enjoy with family and friends.
Four bedrooms (one is a loft), and two baths, located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood with plenty of privacy.
Our tri-level Cape Cod-style cottage is completely updated -- with two large decks great for enjoying the peaceful serenity of pine trees in complete privacy - no neighbors looking at you or for you to look at.
The access road below provides additional parking space and a lovely nature short-walk after meals.
Amenities include a gas burning fireplace for cozy evenings, Charter Internet connection with WiFi and TV, HD flat screen for movie nights, Blue Ray player in Living room, VCR, DVDs, surround sound TV/stereo, deck with gas grill, patio furniture, and full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, garbage disposal, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, food processor, dishes, pots/pans, and more. A picnic table plus cedar log dining set on the upper deck provides an outdoor dining room for ALL!
Parking area for 3 cars is off the main road, and one 4WD vehicle off access road below the house.
Master Suite on the first level has a queen bed (1) and an updated bath with full tub/shower. Bedroom (2) on the first level has a full-size bed. Bedroom (3) on the main floor has a queen bed and updated bath with tub/shower next to it. Loft bedroom (4) has two twin beds, flat-screen TV and DVD player.
Home comes with fresh towels and beds are made and ready for you with fresh linens and duvets. Fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, paper products, soaps, spices, and supplies are here to make your stay a home away from home. Our professional cleaning crew cleans the home before your visit and after your stay.
NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE and there are stairs and walkway to the house.
