The house is located in Puerto de la Cruz approx. 180 m above sea level in a quiet residential area in a small avenue that can only be walked on.
The terrace invites you to sunbathe and offers enough space to lie down or have breakfast and is protected from the wind with a glass wall, an awning offers a shady spot in strong sunshine.
The small garden area (lawn) can also be used for sunbathing.
The plot of the single house is framed with a typical Spanish balustrade.
The cozy living room with open kitchen has an attached winter garden, which is used as a dining room. The kitchen was completely renewed in 2016 and is equipped with an electric cooker (ceramic hob), oven, comfortable fridge with freezer, and dishwasher.
The living room is flooded with light with a view towards the Atlantic. The large flat screen (German television program), TUNER, CD AND DVD leave nothing to be desired, as well as Internet and free WiFi.
You can also use the comfortable couch as a sofa bed. The spacious bedroom offers enough storage space, the window is equipped with insect protection. The double bed (180X200) offers restful sleep on good pocket spring mattresses. The living room, bedroom and kitchen area are equipped with wooden design floors. In the tiled bathroom there is a spacious shower - a washing machine is also available.
An additional room is located behind the house with a separate entrance comfortably furnished with a sofa bed.
If you arrive by car, you will find parking on the street of the housing estate.
