Summary: Lock box very difficult to get into. 5-10 minutes of trying before able to force the cover off. Instructions said to leave the key in the lockbox whenever leaving the house. No way. Just as difficult to get the key back into the box when we vacated. 5 different remotes for the TV, none of which worked. Finally got TV turned on but unable to make it do ANYTHING, and couldn’t get it turned off. Owner responded to complaint, said she didn’t know how the TV worked and couldn’t come by as she was leaving town for 10 days. Was finally able to UNPLUG the tv, so we could sleep. The sheets were made of super scratchy fabric. No sleep for either of us the first night—like sleeping on sandpaper. The second night we slept on top of the quilt.
