The home has been recently updated and thoughtfully decorated to create a magical environment for your family. You will love the spacious & serene master bedroom and en-suite with a jetted tub & separate shower. The extra-large landscaped grounds with a spacious back deck offers a scenic, secluded setting and the expansive paver-patio BBQ area provides a perfect place for relaxing and outdoor entertaining. Cozy Cottage provides an amazing escape from it all for the whole family. There are many great memories to be made here. * Noise: Be respectful to neighbors. Keep music inside and at a low volume. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We have monitoring system in place that reads decibels of noise and notifies you directly and us of loud noises.
* A/C: Most homes do not have air conditioning. Nights are cooler with open windows.
* Ants: Clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants. We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.
* Trash: Dispose of trash at the designated clean site as required by city regulation.
* Age Requirement: You must be at least 24 years old to book. We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced.
