The residence is 160 sqm. There are 4 bedrooms, Blue room 1 piece single bed. Double bed 180 x200, yellow room 2 pcs. single beds 90 x 200, blue flower room 1 piece. single bed 90 x 200.
New bedrum 2. floore. 1 bed 90 x 200.
New shower room. The kitchen has been newly renovated with a small dishwasher, new sink drawers and cupboards. (some of the old is retained, but repainted)
Toilet is located in separate room. Renovated june 2025
On the 2nd floor there is a large family room with TV tables and chairs.
Repo with desk, as well as the yellow bedroom.
In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer
Access to wood-burning sauna with shower and relax area. incl. refrigerator for extra payment directly to the homeowner (SEK 150 per time)
Guest card for fishing summer-winter.
The house is located 50 meters from Lake Barken with access to sandy beach.
There are Gjös, trout, perch, Gjedda, and other fish in the lake
Fishing items may be brought, for ice fishing there is ice drill available.
We have now added a boat with motor for the fishing enthusiasts.
Towels sheets, pillowcases and duvets is included in the price.
The house has no fireplace, but earth heat.
no candles, due to fire hazard.
The location is ideal for day trips to nearby nature and cultural activities as well
