Summary: My family enjoyed our stay at the Cozy House. It was a nice, comfortable home with lots of added amenities. You can tell the owner puts a lot of care into the home. I didn’t have such a great experience with the property management company. Many times I didn’t get a response. Luckily, the housekeeper/neighbor was very involved and attentive to our needs - without her this wouldn’t have been a good experience. The location was good because I like to be away from the city, but it was difficult trying to get someone to deliver groceries and restaurant meals. If you use those type of services, please know that it will take patience (we had up to 3 delivery drivers cancel after they found out the location). The house was a nice size. The top bunk was really hard for my children to use so they had to sleep together on the bottom bunk (which you can see that it’s very close to the top, I was just hoping my younger son could make use of it). The large fenced yard was a huge plus! Having 2 bathrooms was great! Best wishes to all.
